I have tried the product and I am very satisfied with it. Keep up the good work. However, next time you send it, please get the receipt. Don't wait for the courier to give it to you. Insist on it so that delivery is smooth and can be traced. The first order never arrived. The second order arrived, but three (3) days after its arrival in Bacolod. Long.... Choose a better courier. LBC direct. No intermediate couriers.

Easy to cut and melt

I was worried at first how hard it would be to melt and cut since it's not in pastille form but it was unnecessary. It was easy to cut and melt and use. The price is also very reasonable.
